The inspection report consists of an onsite visual inspection including notes of retailer, the dispute with clear digital images, usually taking up to 45 minutes in the home with full report compiled within 10-14 working days depending on the content.If you are not satisfied with a piece of furniture that you have recently purchased, you have certain rights. If the furniture does not meet certain conditions, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Where a retailer, manufacturer, or restorer etc refuses to acknowledge that goods or services supplied by them are faulty, of poor quality or not fit for the purchase intended.
